Planet Ultra / Hoodoo 500 is proud to to once again provide GPS tracking

Please also follow the race LIVE on Facebook, where we’ll post a ton of photos and fun facts throughout the weekend! We also (but a tad less frequently) post updates on Twitter/X.

Time splits will be updated intermittently throughout the event; but please follow your friends/family using the live tracking. The time splits are primarily for historical purposes and to showcase final results.
Stage race end of day times and combined times will be updated in real time, as possible.

Special kudos to Lap Lai for being our first every solo 70+ racer!

HOODOO 500 NON-STOP TOP SOLO FINISHERS – and new World Ultra Cycling Association North American Champions:

Solo Overall:   Matthew Lefthand, 33, Ogden, UT: 25 hours 10 minutes. COURSE RECORD!! Matthew bested his own record by 3 hours 57 minutes; and also bested the record for 4-man relay team by over two hours.

Voyager:  Chris Stevens, 48, New Richmond, WI: 28 hours 33 minutes. COURSE RECORD!! Chris bested the prior course record by an astounding 4 hours 53 minutes. 

Voyager Female:  Leah Goldstein, 56, Vernon, British Columbia, Canada: 39 hours 1 minute. COURSE RECORD!! Leah bested her own course record by 40 minutes. 

Voyager 50+: Leah Goldstein, 56, Vernon, British Columbia, Canada: 39 hours 1 minute. 

Voyager Female 50+: Leah Goldstein, 56, Vernon, British Columbia, Canada: 39 hours 1 minute. COURSE RECORD!! 

HOODOO 500 NON-STOP 2 AND 4 PERSON RELAY TOP FINISHERS:
Also awarded World Ultra Cycling Association North American Champion status!

2-mixed:  Team Crawford – Laura and John Crawford, New River, AZ: 35 hours 4 minutes.

4-man: Team Baku – Justin Arbuckle, Jeffrey Meyer, Benjamin Smith, James Whitmire: 26 hours 55 minutes. COURSE RECORD!!  Team Baku bested their own record by 24 minutes; even with a penalty added to their time (which they accepted with grace and great sportsmanship). 

4-man 60+:  Team Krank’n Koalas – Zane Daggett, Ryan Kunz, Todd Nelson, Bill Zimmerman: 31 hours 13 minutes. COURSE RECORD!!  Prior record bested by 22 minutes.

 

HOODOO 500 STAGE TOP FINISHERS:

Solo Overall:  Daniela Genovesi, 57, Boise ID: 34 hours 59 minutes.

Solo 60+:  Rick Jacobson, 67, Eugene, OR: 46 hours 48 minutes.

Solo 70+:  Lap Lai, 70, Vancouver, WA: 47 hours 49 minutes. COURSE RECORD!! First ever 70+ solo finisher!

2-Person Overall:  Team Lucky Ladies – Lori Hochlein, Barbara Sullivan: 31 hours 32 minutes.

2-Mixed:  Team Andiamo SophiaG- Tiana Lefmann, Pete Carpino: 34 hours 27 minutes.

2-Women:  Team Lucky Ladies – Lori Hochlein, Barbara Sullivan: 31 hours 32 minutes.  COURSE RECORD!! Prior record bested by over 3 hours.

Solo Overall:  Adam Holz, from Boulder Colorado: 14 hours 44 minutes. COURSE RECORD!!! Smashed record by 2 hours 48 minutes!

Solo 50+:  Michael Olsen, 56, Las Vegas, NV: 15 hours 7 minutes. COURSE RECORD!!! Crushed prior record by 3 hours 43 minutes!

Nomad Overall:  Kimberly Campbell, 36, Bakersfield, CA: 20 hours 48 minutes. COURSE RECORD!!!

HOODOO 300 STAGE TOP FINISHER:

Solo Overall:  Rick Miller, 53, Salt Lake City, UT: 16 hours 22 minutes. COURSE RECORD!! Rick bested his own time by 43 minutes.
