Included in the Official Rules is a provision that the rider is responsible for downloading all applicable documentation and bringing to check-in all required paperwork, filled out and signed. Below is everything you need. Please bring everything that pertains to you, including the jersey order form!

WAIVERS:
UDOT Waiver (ALL racers must sign – NO EXCEPTIONS)
USAC Waiver (ALL crew must sign. Racers signed during registration; so no need to repeat.)

Voyager Additional Information and Waiver Letter (ALL Voyagers must sign – NO EXCEPTIONS)
Nomad Additional Information and Waiver Letter (ALL Nomads must sign – NO EXCEPTIONS)

Jersey (and shorts/bibs) Order Form – Gear also available for crew members. Made by Blackbottoms Cyclewear and available in both race cut (euro-style tight fit) or club cut (more relaxed fit).
